About Us

Hello my name is Melissa! Growing up my mother and grandmother were always baking/cooking and I developed a love for baking/cooking through them. Marrying into an Italian family, I started learning to bake/cook Italian food. I was lucky to have recipes that were handed down from generation to generation and started challenging myself to create real authentic Italian masterpieces. Moving to Southern Maryland I quickly discovered that there was no real authentic Italian places in the area. I decided to further my passion for the culinary art by attending the HCAT Institution right here in Glenn Burnie, Maryland. Armed with my learning from the culinary school, family recipes, and the support of my husband we created Noli's Cucina!
